Will you complete my visa or residency application?
No. General relocation consultations do not include preparing, submitting, or guaranteeing approval of visa or residency applications. We can help you understand the questions to research and identify when licensed professional assistance may be appropriate.
Does speaking with Genesis create an attorney-client relationship?
No. Participation in a general relocation consultation does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship. Any formal Ecuadorian legal services must be discussed, accepted, and documented through a separate legal engagement.
Can Genesis advise me about legal matters outside Ecuador?

Will I receive a written relocation plan afterward?
The consultation includes personalized discussion and recommended next steps. A separate written report or detailed research project is not included unless it is specifically offered and agreed upon before booking.
Can you guarantee that moving abroad will save me money?
No. Costs vary significantly based on destination, lifestyle, exchange rates, housing choices, healthcare needs, travel habits, taxes, and personal circumstances. We help you evaluate realistic possibilities rather than promise a specific financial outcome.
What should I prepare before my consultation?

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
